TL;DR

In my past life, I lived in the Bay Area, graduated from my MFA in Graphic Design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and earned my chops at different design studios and agencies.

By an unfortunate twist of fate, I had to return home. However, this allowed me to explore my own creative pursuits where I’m currently now the Creative Director behind Makesaint Design, my own design practice, in the Philippines. I also occasionally juggle freelance gigs, having collaborated with US-based studios and startups for years while on a different time zone.

As a design educator since 2017, I have taught numerous graphic design courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels of the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Manila. I took some time off this 2024 but will be looking to get back to putting on my teaching hat soon.
